Reiki Levels 4 & 5 are advanced Master-level training available exclusively to Third Degree Reiki Masters certified through the Sunstone Centre or DivineYu Reiki Academy, that builds on the foundations of Reiki Levels I–III. This program focuses on advanced chakra healing, emotional transformation, and spiritual empowerment through the DivineYu Reiki systems taught at the Sunstone Centre. Students explore how unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs, addictions, suppressed emotions, and unconscious behavioural patterns may affect overall well-being and energy flow. Participants learn techniques to help identify and release energetic imbalances while strengthening intuition, grounding, and spiritual connection. A major focus of the training is deep chakra work, including identifying and clearing energetic blockages, understanding the relationship between emotions and the body, and working with inherited or conditioned belief systems. The Fourth Degree Reiki training focuses primarily on the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and the Heart Chakra (Anahata), helping students explore themes of safety, grounding, relationships, self-worth, compassion, grief, love, and emotional healing. The Fifth Degree Reiki training focuses on the Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) and the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), exploring themes of creativity, emotions, communication, personal truth, boundaries, self-expression, and empowerment. Topics covered in the course include: - The principles of Fourth and Fifth Degree Reiki - ORTH NAHAT and GED UR secret symbols and their uses - Advanced healing methods for the Muladhara (Root Chakra) - Healing issues connected to survival, security, fear, grounding, and sexual energy - Techniques for healing the Anahata (Heart Chakra) - Working with emotional wounds, grief, relationships, compassion, and self-love - Advanced healing methods for the Swadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) - Healing patterns connected to emotions, creativity, intimacy, addiction, and personal identity - Techniques for healing Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) imbalances - Supporting authentic communication and self-expression Upon completion, students receive Reiki Levels 4 & 5 Master Certificates through the DivineYu system of Reiki taught at the Sunstone Centre.
